UnFiltered Project 1: The Crown residence
This project is a refined expression of modern luxury living, thoughtfully designed to balance elegance, comfort, and functionality. The interiors blend contemporary aesthetics with sophisticated detailing, creating a timeless yet inviting atmosphere.
A palette of neutral tones, warm metallic accents, and premium finishes defines the space, from the dramatic powder washroom with bold marble surfaces to the serene bedrooms featuring soft textures and upholstered details. The living and dining areas exude understated luxury through clean lines, bespoke elements, statement lighting, and curated décor. Designed to be both luxurious and livable, the project seamlessly combines style with everyday comfort, resulting in a warm, cohesive, and personalized home.
UnFiltered Project 2: Linear Crest
This multi-generational contemporary residence is designed across three floors and a spacious terrace, planned with open, airy spaces and a warm, modern aesthetic. The ground floor features a seamless layout with the living area, dining area, and a beautifully placed mandir, creating a welcoming and connected family zone. Each floor includes thoughtfully designed bedrooms that balance privacy and comfort, while the terraces, balconies, and landscaped top floor with a jacuzzi and leisure seating offer relaxing indoor–outdoor experiences. Blending clean lines, rich textures, and functional elegance, the home reflects a perfect harmony of luxury, comfort, and modern family living.
