This initiative was born from a gap we consistently observed among architecture students. Conversations around architecture often revolve around money, shaped by the fear that the profession may not offer financial stability. This perception can leave students feeling lost, isolated, and uncertain, sometimes even prompting them to reconsider their career paths.
Rather than showcasing glamorous success stories, this project presents honest, lived experiences of architects navigating the challenges of survival and growth over time. Drawing insights from almost 350 architects across 26 cities, it shares reflections, learning moments, and practical realities of practice—both financial and material.
Our panels focus on three core themes: Material, Money & Mindset, offering students and emerging professionals a grounded perspective on what it truly takes to thrive in architecture.
